A lovingly restored 4 storey Victorian House in the heart of Margate just 5 mins walk from the beach. The 8 boutique bedrooms  comfortably sleep up to 17 adults and children, and the large lounge & dining area has an open fire. There are 4 bathrooms with luxurious walk in showers and a roll top bath. As well as separate toilets on the guest floor and ground floor of the house.

Zen house also has a large, fully fitted kitchen that's perfect for entertaining & a fully equipped wellness and events space on site, a pretty courtyard area and outdoor hot tub.

Well behaved pets welcome. We don't take bookings for Hen and Stags unless you are planning a Zen Do weekend.

We can organise yoga classes, massages, gong baths and catering with our partners Luxury Chefs. Please see our add on options if you'd like to book something special for your group. 

The house is just a short stroll from Margate station, Dreamlands, the vintage shops and restaurants in the Old Town and beautiful family friendly beaches and coastal walking and biking trails. 

Margate central station is 1.5hrs from Kings Cross, Victoria or Canon Street stations in London. We are also close to the the Viking Trail cycle route which is a great way to explore Broadstairs and Ramsgate and there are local buses to explore all Thanet has to offer. Margate benefits from beautiful sunrises and sunsets with stunning local beaches and walks that make this a unique and popular location for artists as the light is amazing. Dreamlands funfair and music venues are on the door step as well as some amazing independent shops, cafes, restaurants.
